Rick Hill – Owner and Chief Operating Officer
Rick has 32 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. Extensive experience in project development from conceptual to finished product and overseeing the operational functions of hotels and office buildings. His mix of skills enables him to understand the business of MARS from all perspectives and direct MARS in the right direction over the coming years. His experience in founding MARS and successfully managing our hotels and office building makes him perfectly placed in this position.
Mike May – Owner and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. May has 28 years experience as a CPA, owning his own firm as well as serving as a partner in one of the largest CPA firms in Utah before founding Mars Development. His financial background is focused on hospitality (hotel & restaurant), construction and a variety of other commercial enterprises. Owning his own business for most of his adult life, he also has extensive experience in personnel matters. Mr. May also has significant community involvement as a former town councilman and as a current Colorado state legislator and Minority Leader in the Colorado House of Representatives.
