Strategic Alliances

Mars Development has successfully branded itself as a quality hotel developer and operator. We’ve developed outstanding relationships with franchisors, architects, construction contractors, financial institutions and, of course, our various project investors. We are continuously enhancing these development related associations as well as operational alliances within the travel industry.

Our entry into development and operation of medical office buildings has also enhanced and expanded our alliances. We have added commercial building development architects and contractors to our network of business associates as well as establishing relationships with nationally recognized office leasing professionals.

Our in-house attorney, CPA’s and contract professionals are assisting us with all land use, permitting, environmental, and construction issues inherent in the development of our hotel and office projects to ensure projects are completed on time and meet the planned budgets.

Coordination and Capability

Putting it all together is what separates a successful project from the the rest of the pack. Projects can be exciting concepts, but until the doors get open for paying customers they are just a nice idea, not a successful investment. Our ability to coordinate development and operations can be demonstrated by our recent successful openings of 3 hotels (two full service and one extended stay) in 3 different states within a 10-month period (August 2008 through June 2009). In 2007 our then newly opened hotel in Limon, Colorado won the annual award for excellence by the franchisor while our development team was busy building and opening one of the top revenue producing express hotels in the market.
